Adoration and Holy Hour

Adoration
We offer adoration every Friday from 9am-11:30am in the side chapel. Daily Mass will follow at 12:10pm. 
You are welcome to pray near the tabernacle in the chapel any time the church is open.

Holy Hour
Holy Hour is every Monday 5:00 – 6:00 PM in the Cathedral. The Bishop attends as often as he is able. Includes exposition of the Eucharist, reflection, group prayer, quiet time and Benediction. Often livestreamed at facebook.com/dmdiocese

Reconciliation / Confession

Reconciliation is offered:
Wednesdays from 11am-Noon
Saturdays from 2:30-3:30pm

To make an appointment for a different time, please contact the parish office at 515-288-7411.

Confessionals are in the sacristy. Go into the short hallway near the West entrance (near the baptismal font) that leads to the sacristy. Lines form in that hallway.

Healing Service

On the second Saturday of each month beginning after the 4:00 Mass (around 5:30pm) an evening of adoration, reconciliation, and healing prayer is offered by Tim Jameson and Prairie Fire Ministries at St. Ambrose Cathedral.
